Transaction Fees
We charge a fixed fee and a percentage of the transaction each time you accept a credit or debit card payment. The price is the same for all cards. You don’t pay anything for failed charges. This works out at 1.4% + 20p for European cards and 2.9% + 20p for non European Cards.

Do I pay for Refunds?
Refunds are entirely free and you can simply issue them from your church admin panel.
Do people get a receipt after giving?
Yes indeed. An email confirmation is sent to everyone who gives to your church/ministry. Registered givers can access a history of all their gifts through the Giver panel.
Can I create and edit Gift Types?
Yes. Using your church admin panel, you can create new gift types (e.g. Tithes, offerings, Building fund etc.) that people can give towards. Editing them is a breeze.
Do I get support with the software?
Yes. Support is free always and that includes updates to the software. You will have the opportunity to speak to a real human being who will do their best to remedy any issues you may have.
Why do I have to pay for Redonno?
Using well designed software that comes with full support takes a team to run hence the small charges.
When do i get all the money given to me?
You have the choice of either selecting daily deposits or weekly deposits to a nominated bank account. Money is then paid in weekly, 7 days rolling basis. You are able to see when your deposits are due through your church admin panel.
Are my details secure?
All information processed by Redonno is encrypted using the HTTPS protocol. Credit/Debit card information is secured using PCI DSS Level 1 compliant standards, the highest standard in the industry.
Can I cancel my monthly subscription?
Redonno has no contracts or long term commitments. Cancel anytime without being penalised.Just let us know 30 days before your cancellation date so we can prepare to close your account and pass on any data collected.
